Empower Her Awards, March 31, 2026
The annual Empower Her awards seek to honour and recognise organisations that have structures (training, policies, and systems) and programs in place that promote gender equality at their workplaces, have women representation in management and decision-making processes and drawn women to top positions as part of the efforts to ensure that more qualified women attain leadership positions.
The Awards provide a landscape for organizations from various sectors to be recognized for their effort in promoting gender equality, fostering inclusivity and addressing fundamental inequities that hinder women from becoming leaders.
Eligibility
Empower Her Award 5
Recognizes organizations that are promoting gender equality at their workplaces, have a substantial women representation in management and decision-making processes. Entrants must have at least 50% women representation in management and decision-making processes
Woman of the Future Awards (5)
Recognizes Unique and impactful organization initiatives that advance gender balance in the workplace. Entrants must have enabling factors like HR policies, systems and structures in place to support women from within the company to step up the ladder
The Give to Gain Award (5)
This award recognizes a woman who actively uplifts others through mentorship, community service, skills sharing, or financial support. Nominees must show clear impact, consistency, and measurable results within the past year. Open to all participants. Public nominations allowed. The winner demonstrates that by giving selflessly, she creates growth for others and herself.
Submissions for entries
Submission for entries should include the following;
